REQUEST TO BE PLACED ON THE MONTHLY BOARD OF DIRECTORS' AGENDA
Any specific item to be addressed by the Board at a monthly meeting must be submitted to the Board in writing 48 hours prior to a Board meeting in order to be place on the agenda. This allows the Board to complete any due diligence as necessary on your request prior to the meeting. Please submit your request in Frontstep's under E-forms if you have any issues filling out the E-form send an email to g4hoaoffice@gmail.com. All members of the Association are invited to attend the monthly Board of Directors meetings.
