REQUEST TO BE PLACED ON THE AGENDA: Any specific item to be addressed by the Board at a monthly meeting must be submitted to the Board in writing 24 hours prior to a Board meeting in order to be place on the agenda. This allows the Board to complete any due diligence as necessary on your request prior to the meeting. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request to be placed on the agenda and include your subject matter.
